Linda is a Board Chair Emeritus and a former President and CEO of IA. Earlier in her career at IA, Linda served as the Southwest Regional Manager and Director of Client Solutions. 

While President of IA, Linda was the recipient of the prestigious Best Bosses Award, a national honor that recognizes innovative and inspirational leaders of mid-sized and small businesses across America. 

Prior to joining IA, Linda served in senior level positions in three start-up companies and as vice-president of a U.S. Fortune 100 company.

A founding partner of DNA Consulting, Linda now facilitates senior team strategy sessions, consults to executives and Board chairmen, and speaks throughout the world on collaboration in action as a winning business strategy. She serves on the Board of the Bali Institute for Global Renewal which promotes the philosophy and practice of global citizenship.

Linda also served as Board Chairperson of Nobel Peace Prize recipient Betty Williams’ World Centers of Compassion for Children International, which helps resettle refugee children worldwide.

Linda received a B.S. in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in International Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.
