Louise’s mission is to develop and coach collaborative leaders, build accountable teams, and facilitate cross functional initiatives that produce results while building trust and accountability within organizations. Her approach is always to listen first to understand who her clients are and what they need, and then move forward in her work with them.

Louise joined Interaction Associates in 1992 and has been both a consultant and Managing Director. She has over 30 years of organization and leadership development experience with a focus on strategy implementation, cross-functional collaboration, launching and developing productive teams, and developing leaders at all levels of the organization.

Louise’s extensive client experience includes engagements with: The MITRE Corporation, Teradyne, Exelon, Credit Human, Dymatyze, United Housing Management, Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation of North Carolina, North Carolina Office of Rural Health, The Foundation for Health Leadership and Innovation, Care Share, Kresge Foundation, St. Charles Parish School System, Carrabus County Schools, and West End House.

Louise has found balance in her life by tapping into her creativity. Art has become a source of constant learning and the exploration of new possibilities.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
