For more than 20 years Betina has worked for and with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government agencies, creating and facilitating engagements tailored to address each client’s unique challenges and goals. She joined Interaction Associates in 2013.
Prior to joining IA, she was a Senior Practice Associate with Adaptive Edge, a consultancy that specializes in transformative strategic planning, collaboration, and adaptive leadership development. She has also held roles in marketing, business development, and management at FedEx.
Betina’s client experience includes engagements with The World Bank, General Electric, HDS Corporation (Hitachi), LVMH, National Association of Realtors®, Contra Costa County Public Health Division, Stanford, Roche Genentech, VMWare, Google, Dell, Iron Mountain, and Caterpillar.
Betina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Business Administration in International Business (Region of Focus: Asia) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
